Lottery
At York Éireannach we love our Gaelic football, but more importantly we love our community spirit. We view our club as an extended family and we love spending time with each other away from the pitch. To continue our amazing journey, we aim to improve and expand our club to become as large as possible. We want to give so much back to the community and to do this, we try to remain as progressive as possible.

Q. Why is it good to be a member?
- Membership allows you to play any game throughout the whole 2020 season.
- As a member, you are covered by insurance when playing games.
- Gives you instant access to training schedules.
- Immediate updates of match fixtures and cancellations.
- Increases the chances to become a committee member and an integral part of the club.
- Inclusive access to club social events.
Q. What happens if I don't get membership?
- You risk being punished by the authorities for playing illegally.
- You will not be covered by the insurance provided through membership.
- Lack of awareness regarding training and game schedules.
- Limited involvement in the club.
Q. I want to stay active but do not wish to play competitively?
- Don't worry! We can facilitate for any member, whether you want to build fitness, make friends, get fresh air into the lungs or simply try something new, we are there to help you all the way.
- You will not be required to pay any annual fee however, payment of £2 per training is mandatory.
- Perhaps the members club is more what you're looking for, as it provides a casual involvement in the club without the pressure of performing on match days.
