Hi everyone!
On Sunday we are going to aim for a 10am start at Millington. The postcode is YO42 1TX. This will bring you to the Rambler's Rest where we can park up and set off from. It's a 10mile route so looking at 3ish hours. There are two steep hills but they are short and sweet. For now, the weather looks good so fingers crossed.
Terrain is countryside, so old trainers/trail shoes/walking shoes are appropriate. No converse allowed essentials include snacks, water and maybe spare clothes for the journey home incase the weather uturns.
Any questions just ask I hope everyone is looking forward to the change of scene

Hi Folks! As you know, on the 13th September we are planning a walk. I am proposing a walk that starts in Millington which is a 30 minute drive from York. It is roughly 8 miles and it is a nice mix of hills and flats. There is parking close by and a pub (crucial to some I am sure). It is suitable for dogs and kids used to the outdoors although not exactly buggy friendly Hope this sounds okay for all
